A local Markdown and Mermaid viewer wrapped in Tauri — lean, fast, with brewery vocabulary in the UI. Opens a folder as a recipe book, renders Markdown GitHub-style and brews Mermaid diagrams live.

Native speed thanks to Tauri v2 and Rust watcher.
Hot-reload on external edits — save in VS Code, refresh in the brew house.
Brewery vocabulary in the UI (Brew House, Recipe Book, First Pour, Mashing) — code stays English.
Mermaid with pan + zoom, fullscreen-ready, error-isolated per diagram.
Runtime DE/EN switcher, content zoom, TOC, code block toolbar.
